20 Astral Keys to Gates of Universal Consciousness

Carl Gustav Jung (1875–1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist who developed the field of analytical psychology and introduced the concept of archetypes of consciousness being "innate universal psychic dispositions that form the substrate from which the basic themes of human life emerge. Being universal and innate, their influence can be detected in the form of myths, symbols, rituals and instincts of human beings. Archetypes are components of the collective unconscious and serve to organize, direct and inform human thought and behaviour. ...archetypes heavily influence the human life cycle, propelling a neurologically hard-wired sequence which he called the stages of life. Each stage is mediated through a new set of archetypal imperatives which seek fulfillment in action."[1]

Centuries before Jung, the Maya introduced the very similar concept of Archetypes of Divine Consciousness. (According to the Maya, there are 20 of them.) Likewise, these Archetypes form the substrate from which individual Divine Consciousness emerges. Also being components of the collective unconscious, the Maya-identified Archetypes organize, direct and engender Divine thought and behavior in the human experience, in stages, over the course of days, months, years, ...millennia. Hard wired into the binary code of DNA and the human brain, these Archetypes are mediated through the permutations of an universal, binary, object oriented Code evident in and galactically broadcast by harmonic star cycles. The Maya perceived the astral Nature of the Code and embodied It in a "lunar calendar." Regarded as their Sacred Calendar, they call it the "Tzolkin." The Tzolkin enables them to track the cycles, the individual stages of the cycles [i.e. days] and the progressive effects of those intermeshed stages in order to further enable them to live in conscious alignment and synchronicity with the 20 Archetypes. According to the Maya, living in such alignment and synchronicity activates the inherent Divine Consciousness latent within the individual consciousness. Thus activated, the Divine Unconscious within can be consciously harnessed and channeled for communlal and personal well being.

Being both harmonic and binary in Nature, the Tzolkin's Code has been digitized and expressed in sound. As the stuff of our bodies comes from starlight, the acoustic expressions (of the Code's objects relative to the individual Archetypes) directly facilitate an exclusively positive rewiring of the brain, aligning and synchronizing its synapses with the dynamics of the respective Archetypes, and having a sympathetic effect advancing the activation of analogous higher functions of DNA. (Rather than needing to track the individual harmonic stages of the Archetypes as they naturally occur staggered over the course of months and larger spans of Time, as Maya clerics have done for centuries, the Archetypes' entire harmonic sequences can be heard in seconds.) Comparing Solar Wind and the Maya Sacred Calendar

The Tzolkin: Music for positive planetary consciousness and change.

Twenty years ago, I was sitting in my little studio in Los Angeles, CA, sequencing and recording the first acoustic translations of the Mayan Sacred Calendar, the Tzolkin, and shifting into what was being called the "Harmonic Convergence." Throughout the convergence, the acoustic translations of the Tzolkin's 20 Sacred Signs were being broadcast through my house and yard via the only radio transmission system accessible to me at the time, an el cheapo walkie talkie. Lolol... Hey, gotta do what ya gotta do and, having "coincidentally" translated the Tzolkin into sound only months before, my intention was to insure that the planet's ethereal body received both the galactic radio transmission and a local radio transmission of the [concentrated] Tzolkin's currents, simultaneously. It was the least I could do for the planet and, although I had the least of the consumer broadcasting possibilities, I got the job done. (A little leaven leavens the whole loaf.) Since that auspicious transit, the world's consciousness has followed a predicted course toward collective enlightenment, on and relative to all levels of society. Now, here we are, 20 years later, poised on the precipice of (and rapidly accelerating into) the most profound shift in planetary consciousness the world has ever experienced. Fortunately, the ancient Maya priests who foresaw this time also perceived and left us the Tzolkin as a tool to help us transit this period successfully.

Here is the fundamental value of the Tzolkin; it is a Key unlocking the Archetypal Properties embodied in cycles of the 4th dimension, Time, that enable us to ascend into higher levels of Life and being human (in the Highest sense of the word). Time is about periodicity, frequency. Basically, Consciousness, the All in all, uses Time to effect change in the 3rd, 2nd and 1st dimensions. The Tzolkin is a map of how Consciousness does so relative to the expression of specific Aspects of Itself. The Tzolkin is a table of the Logic embodying specific, cyclic Patterns of Time facilitating the expression of those Aspects through all states of manifestation via electromagnetic radiation. When those Patterns are expressed in their purest Form, i.e. electromagnetic frequency, e.g. sound or light, that expression effects a psychoactive, ethereal bridge to the 4th dimension and the Consciousness that generates, progresses and sustains all that is.

At this time, the world understands the principals of using complimentary sounds to effect brain synchronization and cognitive enhancement. Now, we understand the validity of using tone to effect remarkable physiological and psychological shifts. Furthermore, we not only accept, we embrace the mathematical plausibility of a multidimensional universe beyond the accepted 4 dimensions; length, width, height/depth and time. Today, we understand the unity of these dimensions and of all things in such a way that we can comprehend how certain harmonic patterns transmitted in the 3D expression of Life may effect links to their concurrent Life expressions in the 4D, 5D and higher realms. We understand that sound can be used to effect vibrational states whereby higher levels of perception and informations are obtained. And now, as a result of the Tzolkin acoustic translations, we are capable of taking an ordinary CD and tangibly applying dynamics of the 4th dimension to radically and positively progress individual and communal consciousness, health and vitality.

Jesus (the Christ, not Martinez) said "They that have ears to hear, let them hear." He knew not everyone was prepared to hear the enlightening Truth that Consciousness was pouring through him, nevertheless, he spoke so those who could hear It would have the opportunity to do so. I'm sure there are many people reading this who are dismissing the above as New Age delusion, at best, and that does not negate the validity of what I'm sharing, nor of my experience and the experiences of many others who have used the Tzolkin acoustic translations. At one point, we lacked the instruments to confirm we live in an heliocentric planetary system, that information can be transmitted across open air without wires, that our cells are individual microcomputers. We may not have the instruments required to validate string theory or the practical linking of our 3D experience to the vital currents of the 4th and higher dimensions using sound and/or light, however we will. Those who do or may understand and are seeking the value of the easily applied tools for personal enhancement such as the Tzolkin translations (who share this online community) deserve to hear now, and they can.

The Live Earth concerts!! Wow, speaking of hearing, the sound quality was incredible. I was online through most of the event, jumping from country to country, continent to continent. I heard a lot of great music and I heard a consistent message. The message is that we are ready to drop our individual b.s. and start making the necessary shifts in consciousness and personal responsibility necessary for planetary survival and well being. It was a motivating experience. hello.

today i had this really weird dream, as usual. since always i remember my dreams detailedly, and this one was no exception.
i know it was a message.

it all started with me lookin at this side door of a theatre of my home land, althought it wasnt in my home land, i was sat there just lookin to that beautiful tower of stairs wich led to this misterious house ... i felt like i had always been attracted to it.
suddenly a lil'gal comes running and enters it, i start runnin 2 to persue here, cos' as far as i was concerned nobody had go there in ages. we ran and we ran throw rows and rows of stairs and passing by lots of floors. i stop to catch my breath. then i realized that i must be on the 50 floor or what cos'i climb so many stairs. when i looked up the lil'gal had escaped and i couldnt ask her bout the house and she didnt appear more in the dream.
i started lookin around me gosh that house was so beautiful, it was very dark, cos' most of tha windows were covered with deep red velvet shades. the wood was dark 2 and there was this sort'o myst that involved everything all over the house.
suddenly a boy appeared, he musta have 15 years, he was wearing some old pants and striped shirt with suspenders, his hair was like if he had just came from an hairdresser.
i said hi and he smiled back, i ask him if he could give me a tour and he smiled back again and wave me as if to say come this way.
i went. we started going throw a passage with rooms on both sides and old paintings covered with dust on the walls.
the smell of dust was so strong i couldnt stop sneezin and he was always putting his finger in front of his mouth like to say hush. i felt someone more was in the house someone besides the lil'gal or the boy, and i sense that the boy was afraid of it.
i keep goin on tryin to be more careful stepping the old wood.
finally we got to a room. wow it was sooo beautiful, the myst with no moisture covered it and myself with anxiety and peace at the same time. i look around and i lay on the bed and look up, it was like the sistine chapel's ceiling. then i realized a woman and her husband were lying right there with me. i got really cold and the boy gave me a velvet jacket. i said hi to them and they smiled back and then disapeared. then another boy appeared, it was prolly his brother cos' we was dressed exactly like him. but this one was younger prolly 13 or 14. they were there at the bottom of the bed just lookin at me like they were expecting for me to called'em. suddenly i got this desire commin and bursting throw out my solar plex and reachin every single cell of my body and i ask'em 2 f*ck me. they did.
all of'a sudden we were back on our tour like if nothin ever happend.
the passage had now more light cos' there was this big window whoose shades were filled with holes and the sun came throughtout them and lightned up everything with theese little balls of light.
we reach a bathroom. the boys look to their right so i look 2,
there was this man fat and bouldy (hairless) lying in the bathtub reading an also filled with holes old newspapper and smoking a cigar and looks at us and yels CANT I JUST GET A QUIET BATH IN THIS HOUSE ANYMORE??? we leave the bathroom and i touch in a some sort of a pad and then all of'a sudden i'm on a bus with 2 friends [i dont remember if they'r my real friends, but in the dream they were] we get of tha bus and arrived at this cool beach
[to us it was very normal and cool] with lots of people havin fun.
the beach was so special cos' it had this tsunami waves, and i mean real tsunami waves, who everyone adored. so everyone just lay there waitin for the next wave to come up and burst on our bodies. then i see a real friend, kin 222 magnetic wind. there were no one in the sand cos' there was none. everyone walk through the beach normally except that the water was above our knees and we could move exactly like if we were on a sidewalk.

i wake up. look at my watch and i see 11:11 am.
i felt chilly and i felt like the time had stopped. i couldnt here the buses, people, nothin... for some minutes i just sat in my bed viewing this sequence 11:11 all over my bedroom.

i got up, came to my pc, and started to search for 11:11.
i'm still astonished.

some things i would like to add 'bout this and 11:11:

a) i am or ever been pedofile or had sex with children
b) i am a planetary serpent, this year still harmonic dog, today is galactic serpent, that can perhaps explain the sex and desire part

How can we co-create a vision of the new time?

We believe Wavespell.net and the Planet Art Network have a role to play in helping that process.

This website functions as a communication nexus for hundreds of like-minded individuals and communities spread across the UK and far beyond.

- We share important news about events like festivals, workshops and gatherings.

Help me illuminate PAN and Dreamspell

Hello,

I'm very interested in the Mayan calendar, Dreamspell, peoples spiritual experiences, beliefs about the future, different states of consciounsess etc. To explore some of these things I am writng a Master's disseration about modern engagement with the Tzolkin and the work of PAN.

I have enjoyed some events in London (such as Gods and Godesses) but have not been able to find any going on recently. I know there the unity works has closed no and I haven't found anywhere else that host PAN events in London.

Would anyone here be willing to meet and discuss their experiences, epithanies, transformations, beliefs and expectations for the future? I'm based in London but also spend time in the Bristol area and would also be willing to travel to meet up with anyone who are interested in the above things and happy to help illuminate them.

If you don't want to meet up or can't, but are happy to contribute to this project (which I hope to follow up with further research and a book) then we could communicate on here, by email or phone.

What is the next Stage of Human Evolution?

The transition 'onwards and upwards' occurs when all nodes on previous levels have been activated via conscious awareness. Progression is collective, synthetic, active, awakened. It acknowledges and includes all other states in a similar way that an air plane must include and 'gather together' all the atoms contained within it in order to take off and fly.

The next stages of evolution will take place as we become increasingly aware of our cells. Subtler levels of reality are to become expressed through our bodies, electro-magnetic wires in our brains and nervous systems, hearts, organs and connective networks internally and externally. We dissolve into the flow of nature, seeing that we are already there.

When we truly see, via experience and experimentation, how our behaviours and actions, words and thoughts, motives and fears, desires and concerns are directed by something as simple as sensation - reality takes on a whole new meaning. It simplifies. It makes sense.

This change is inevitable. But it can be catalysed by any individual with the volition or inclination to do so.

The keys to enabling this process to catalyse as I see it are - observing and feeling fully with equanimity (detachment) moment by moment - the experience of being. To slow down into a culturally rarer temporal dimension. Patience. In these moments answers are revealed. Creativity is realised. Fulfilment is experienced. Pain is seen. Harmony is released. Paths are illuminated. Reactions are understood. Behaviours are discerned. Clarity is discovered.

Taking into consideration the difficulty of attaining these states within the structures which we find ourselves born and shackled to, will human beings realistically follow this path, or will it remain viable for only the relatively few saints and sages who have the courage to de-programme, step foolishly into the darkness, sacrifice their attachments to their bodies and programmes, cultural values, secured by fear, shame, anger and anxiety?

Sources point to the possibility that this path will practically become open to increasing numbers of people. Some major factors in this progression are population size increase, economic and technological progression and information availability. The evolution of human consciousness is the evolution of information. Although all nodes are stimulated en route, including the most destructive and seemingly contradictory, the collective realisation, like the individual, towards optimum survival, can ultimately only go along one path.

What will happen next along this collective path, I believe, is the continuation of a realisation which took off in the 60s of creating life-styles collectively with the goal not simply to provide an alternative, an escape from 'everyday modern living', but to provide a space, a means and a motivating force for the increasing numbers of individuals who want to live their lives more in line with their inner truth. Society has been experimenting with these kinds of communities for several decades now and there is much yet to learn about about how human beings can live and evolve together successfully. The Utopian ideal seems so far away, so unrealistic, so drugged-up-hippy. The words 'Utopian ideal' in themselves almost seem blasphemous to most everyday 'realists', pragmatists, who have read and learned about attempts and failings and the horrors of humanity and imminent wars and corruption and mass homicide by the very people we are supposed to have faith in. But the Bushes and the Blairs and the Hitlers are part of life's beautiful paradox - they are nature's teeth and claws, it's dark crocodile-mouth-ever-present, lurking in the still muddy waters.

There is nothing to fight against, except my own ignorance. And even then I will learn to love it like the piece of skin I peel off my sunburnt shoulder with shameless satisfaction. The obstacles are my own. They are nature's precious sculptures which once commanded meaning in the temples I constructed for them. I used to think they had to be either right or wrong. Now I realise they are neither. They just use up space. And space is quite a precious thing - especially when you want to build something new.

May all beings be liberated from fear, anxiety, confusion and shame to realise the deeper levels of peace residing in the reservoirs of their being.

DSEI arms fair protest London

just thought you guys might be interested to know that the worlds biggest arms fair has been happenning at the ExCel centre in London's docklands all this week.

Its organised & paid for by the Defence Export Services Organisation, a part of the UK government that employs 600 people & exists solely to promote UK arms sales abroad (yes we DO live in a capitalist dictatorship).

DESO also executes a policy to ensure that if any foreign parties default on their arms payments, the UK taxpayer pays the difference

Policing DSEI costs £6 million, and is also paid for by the taxpayer, even though all profits are made by private compnies. If you think about it, the majority of arms are paid for by taxpayers, as they are usually bought by governments.

Pan and other neo-Mayan groups

Hello,

I'm an anthropolgical researcher seeking to make links with people involved in Dreamspell or other Neo-Mayan organisations.

I haven't yet noticed any groups in the UK that follow a variation of the Mayan calendar (except PAN) but would be interested in hearing of any such groups that follow any variation of the Mayan calendar.

I've previously enjoyed some PAN events in London and have also heard some people taking about their experiences, perceptions and expectatons for the future, at events like the Big Green Gathering.

I'm based in London and Bristol, but would be willing to travel just about anywhere in the UK to attend events or meet individuals with any interest in the things mentioned above.

My point for asking. I have been to the Yucatan twice . . the most recent in 1998 - when I climbed El Castillo. I didn't have aforesiad knowledge at that time - but stood in awe and wonderment. I knew the Maya were onto something - just didn't have it all worked out then :-)

Seems extremely syncronous to me now, that 7 years later I have this huge spiritual awakening!

Why bother?

Our current calendar – also known as the ‘Gregorian’ Calendar- is the
cultural invention of one small part of humanity, has little
relationship to the cycles of nature and is acknowledged, even by its
creators, the Vatican, as being inaccurate.

Our calendar affects pretty much everything we do - from making
daily appointments to major life and career decisions. If the
calendar we use is inaccurate, mechanical and reflects only a western sectarian viewpoint, these values are unconsciously going to be
reflected in its sum influence upon us and the whole of mankind.

Our world is increasingly desperate to find strategies to deal with
the current, unprecedented GLOBAL crisis. We believe calendar change
is one very important part of the kind of solution that is
necessary. In an increasingly interdependent world we all need to
expand our viewpoints to cope with the new reality of the GLOBAL
village - and the GLOBAL village needs a truly GLOBAL calendar:
one based on equal and even measure, one that is accurate for both
hemispheres, one that does not reflect the cultural outlook and
prejudices of just one sector of humanity.

The 13 Moon Calendar is exactly that. Calendar reform is not new. In
the 1930s a calendar very similar to the 13 Moon Calendar was agreed
upon by the League Of Nations as the proposed new
civil calendar for the world. It replaced the uneven, illogical and
obscure language of the Gregorian Calendar with an equal and
harmonious measure that was easier to learn and understand for all
people. It was vetoed by the Vatican on religious grounds and never happened.

The Vatican have now agreed not to veto any further popular calendar
reform, so please join with us in our campaign for calendar reform:
for a green calendar, for a planetary calendar and an end
to the confusion, injustice and history of cultural domination that
the Gregorian Calendar represents.

Who We Are: Planet Art Network and the Vision of Biospheric Wholeness

We - you, me and everybody who follows the Thirteen Moon/28-day calendar - at least in principle, constitutes the new social form, the Planet Art Network (PAN). This is because the basic premise of the Law of Time is "time is art." This now well used slogan was first sounded as the theme of a call for action known as the "Planetary Harmonic Convergence - 52 Days of Truth." This action plan ran from the 28th day of the Crystal Moon to the 22nd day of the Magnetic Moon, linking the end of the first year with the beginning of the second year of Prophecy (June 26-August 16, 1994).
Because "time is art," everything we do, in a conscious way at least, is art. Hence, the new social form, Planet Art Network.

According to the "People's Resolution for the Empowerment of the Planet Art Network, A Sacred Order for the Reorganization of Human Society," First Planetary Congress of Biospheric Rights (1996), "The sacred order of the Planet Art Network, through fostering a bioregional diversity of culture, assumes the principle responsibility for reestablishing the human harmony within the greater harmony of the biosphere as a living work of art. ... According to PAN, the meaning of human life is now redefined according to how artful it is and how much it contributes to the greater harmony of the biosphere. Any and all human activity is now considered art."

To fulfill this vision, the Resolution continues, "The sacred order of the Planet Art Network has no central coordinating authority, but is entirely constituted of autonomous bioregional cooperatives who locally organize humans for their new roles, while maintaining communication with other PAN bioregional operations ... In its overall planetary bioregional organization the PAN will also be responsible for coordinating unifying planet art events synchronized worldwide for the increase in collective telepathic awareness of humanity as a single creative organism realizing its destiny within the biospheric arena of self-regulating evolution." The "key such events" are the Day Out of Time Peace through Culture Festivals. In the rest of the Resolution empowering the Planet Art Network, there is much material for activating the new social forms. Anyone involved in or who cares about PAN in any way, would do well to study this Resolution, pages 19-22 of the Complete Guide to the First Planetary Congress of Biospheric Rights, and herewith reproduced as an Appendix.

Further elucidation of the evolutionary purpose and function of PAN are to be found in the Dynamics of Time. For instance, consider the following Postulates:

6.12. "The sum of the liberation of psychic energy formally integrated into the fourth dimensional patterns of time, manifests as PAN, Planet Art Network. As the integration of celestial harmonics of mind and social order, PAN replaces the civilizational order and social form governed solely by the 12:60 mechanized laws of space."
6.13. "PAN is the advent of the planetary art spore ... a noospherically unified field of planetary life, the sum of whose living interactions constitutes a planetary art spore: Timeship Earth 2013 transmuted into a stellar galactic unit for the exchange, transformation and communication of universal energy impulses."
Or 10.10. "The activity of PAN is an evolutionary possibility that increases with the application of the Law of Time. Galactic culture is the sum of the probabilities of increased or novel aesthetic norms induced by the harmonic rearrangement of the synchronic order.
Or 10.11. "... PAN encompasses all and everything as a whole systems order elevating instinctual consciousness into the telepathic orders of continuing and super conscious."
10.9. Since "T(E) =Art defines all processes of harmonic rearrangement as activities of PAN (Planet Art Network ... Following the Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge experiment, the resultant telepathy of the harmonic order of PAN consciously engages the Galactic Brain...." Yet other references are to be found in Postulates 14.7, and 14.13.

From the foregoing it is evident that PAN is woven into the evolutionary mechanism of the biosphere-noosphere transition. Since 2000, the role of the Foundation for the Law of Time has been merely to sponsor PAN, leaving it to its autonomous development, while providing it calendars, educational material and visionary documents to fulfill its programs. However, while there are many bioregional PANs, despite the Internet - and also because of it - the PAN has as yet no central world communicating or coordinating intelligence fully in place. And now we have the challenge of the AC-CA plate shift.

While the Internet exists with the potential of providing a central communications network for an organism precisely like PAN, which is meant to be autonomous yet unified, such a communications network is not really functioning. The www.tortuga.com was created in another time for another purpose but no longer serves its purpose. What is needed is a simple panworld.net/com or pan.info, for example, which can serve as a highly identifiable central communications hub of the worldwide PAN. A PAN World Council should also be activated by means of a Congress, a live gathering in a country other than the USA.

We are only trying to bring to attention that at this stage in the closing of the cycle we need a new time of action and activism. The revolution will not be won on the Internet. The telepathic tests that are necessary to engage the rainbow bridge must be done in living biopsychic energy fields. The new society will not be organized by e-mail, but by getting together in councils and sacred circles and by assigning tasks to living beings to begin to transform their lives with new patterns of thought and behavior. We must begin to remove ourselves from the material energetic force field of the monitor screen back into the garden and planning councils. We must restore the balance. We need to breathe fresh air, plant corn and study and discuss matters together by the hearth or by the fireside, where it all began, in a time so long ago.

It is time to put the Art back into the Planet Art Network, however you want to do it. But that means getting a life outside of the Internet. Yes, we know: The irony of it is that you are portably getting this message on the Internet. If you do: please pause and consider that this is information of an extraordinary nature. Down load it now! Don't keep it on your machine. Study it by candlelight. Then it will have some meaning for you.

As the "Song of the Plutonium Punk" says at the beginning of this little discourse, "There's no return 'til your home free." Home free, means liberated from the 12:60 mind shackles and living in the garden with no government to pay allegiance to, while your telepathic powers are being revived by your determination to remain liberated in the new time. The Song of the Plutonium Punk from the Art Planet Chronicles dates back to 1981.

It's been a long time coming, this rainbow bridge. Now we have to exert and make the dream come true. But it takes hard work, discipline, focus, determination, cooperation, tolerance and love.
There is no reason why everybody shouldn't be cooperating with everybody else, if we mean it when we say, "I'm a planetary kin." If you're not cooperating with someone, get over it! Get a mediator and work it out. Anyone who has ever been touched by the Thirteen Moon calendar or the PAN, don't hold back now. Roll up your sleeves and jump back in! Where will you find a higher vision?

In the prehistory of the PAN there is something called the "Planet Art Report for Desperate Earthlings of the Past (1980). In that root text, six basic principles are laid out. These Six principles are
still the underlying basis of the Planet Art Network:

Art is a function of energy.
This precept is the early predecessor to T(E) = Art. It presupposes that art is a system of energy, just like the weather, and just as planetary - hence planet art as an art form of the future in which the scale of the art is planetary in nature and takes in the whole planet as its medium of expression. In this sense, art is a connective medium of creative psychic energy intended to unite humanity on a global scale through a galactic culture that is thoroughly rooted in artistic forms of expression. Planet sorcerers practice planet art.
No genuine art without transformation of self.
The real nitty gritty of true art is that it transforms you as you practice it. Art is the constructive spiritual factor of human consciousness. The ancient Nahuatl precept says it very well: "The good painter is wise. God is in his heart, he converses with his heart and puts divinity into things." Art at the inner level is a dialogue with your divine nature, so that at the outer level you express something of the sacred reality to help awaken the divine memory in others.
Openness of individual breeds collective aesthetic association.
Though each of us is an artistic channel, when we open and share with others who are also opening and sharing their artistic communications, an energy field opens up which creates a sense of brother and sisterhood. As musical groups amply demonstrate, a collective association produces a collective expression that is far greater than the sum of the parts. The example of cooperation in musical groups should extend to all of the arts and then to all of the arts to each other.
Universality of planet art includes past and future in present moment.
All genuine art is an expression of spirit. Spirit is universal, humans are merely the mediums or channels of spirit in its restless need to create. The art produced by spirit actually forms a construct of points around the planet which can be contacted and revitalized. For example, Stonehenge is not ancient. Nor are the pyramids of Mexico or Egypt. They are living monuments inviting us to enter into a deep psychic communion with the Earth. The same holds true of music, dance and the poetic arts - all that has been genuine is meant to be integrated into the present moment as a
living ceremony of universal consciousness.
The recognition of art as a planetary network vital to the functioning of the human organism considered as an interrelated whole, is a factor in establishing of a new planetary social order.
This is the basis of the establishment of the Planet Art Network, indicating that the new social form will ultimately be organized along geomagnetic or geomantic principles - planetary leylines. This network, the basis of the evolving planet art spore, will establish communities living close to the earth, which will consider themselves as integral parts of a much vaster whole, interrelated organism. Operating by telepathy and other paranormal means of behavior the PAN will spawn its own form of economy and pioneer in new cosmo-psychobiological mutations of a thoroughly
artistic nature.
Those forming into Planet Art Associations (read: Network) must do so through a common regard of the deeply spiritual nature of humankind. This precept is the basis of UR, the Universal Religion on Earth. Gandhi said, "God has no religion." This is the meaning of UR, which recognizes that the purpose of life and evolution is to attain ever higher states of spiritual unification. All true forms of spiritual practice exist side by side. The paths are many, the goal is ONE. By providing for meditation and prayer as the basis of creative spiritual insight, the PAN is meant to reintegrate the soul with the life of universal expression. One Love One Life One Time One Soul One Planet.

Study and practice the spiritual precepts and all that they imply, and then you can enter the Way of Wielding Power. Circulate these Six precepts at your next Crystal Day meeting so that all can deepen their understanding of PAN as we move into the critical and most creative stage of the human experience.

The diverse cast of characters in the Art Planet Chronicles demonstrates that PAN is an all-inclusive vehicle for every human type - mutant and "normal" alike. Today there is no longer any "normal." There is a bit of the "plutonium punk" in all of us. We are all mutating, toward a new normal - cosmic consciousness. PAN is for heroes and heroines willing to work together and risk all for the sake of the planet. This is the only way the Rainbow Bridge will be accomplished in 2012.

It may be that to get the ball rolling, some of us will want on the job training as supermental humans. For this reason, Centers for the Restitution of the Human Mind are being designed and planned. Here we can develop states of consciousness that are free of the intensity of being absorbed by the electronic media, as is more often than not the case for many of us. Since the advent of the Internet it is difficult to appreciate how intensely this medium has become a major focal point of human consciousness. It is like an electronic vampire stunting the body while robbing the mind of its time in what seem to be endlessly important and/or entertaining matters.

As with every new media or technology, once it appears it becomes instantaneously indispensable, and the human culture shapes itself around it accordingly. The AC-CA plate shift will not be realized through the Internet. It will occur as a function of a new evolving biopsychic wireless technology called telepathy. This is the cosmic information expressway of the PAN and the engineering of the Rainbow Bridge. We must dare to imagine a world without the Internet, and then see what is left of our mind - naked and full of untapped paranormal potential, the stuff of evolution.

Once you've imagined the world without the Internet, then imagine the world where every community is self-sustaining, nonpolluting, at peace, artistically busy, and telepathically interconnected.
This is the PAN social vision, the meaning and purpose of the Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Plan.

As the biospheric social form - PAN is big enough for everyone. No one need feel left out. There is a job for everybody. The coming cosmic civilization is PAN's responsibility.

The people are in need of new vision, new knowledge. Only the Thirteen Moons offers a completely new template for reformulating the human mind. Only the Law of Time and the Cosmic History Chronicles offers a new way of thinking and perceiving reality. Moreover, these new templates of time and knowledge are in accord with evolution. The people must be taught these things.

well its cosmic moon again and its time to make the pocket calendars. I have a source file from the foundation and everything is ready to go next week- except...well, we still have £300 outstanding from this year- to put this in perspective thats on 10,000 pocket calendars.

As this is a core activity of PAN, I feel we must share the responsibility of the finances a bit more. So, if you have a balance outstanding (galactic agents, you know who you are), please pay it now!

1986 - February
My first face-to-craft meeting with a spacecraft (actually, THREE CRAFT).
----- I had just given my first one-day workshop, at March House, Ogbourne Saint George, near Marlborough, Wiltshire. It had gone well. On the Monday morning we had a group session with local psychic, Isabelle Kingston. This went well too, I was getting encouraging messages and ideas from all manner of people and places. My confidence was good. After Isy's session, I thought on my way back to Somerset I would call in at Warminster, a place well-known for UFO sightings, and check out whether 'ET' and UFOs really exist.
I drove through Warminster, up towards the start of the fenced-off, huge army training area of Salisbury Plain. I sat and just relaxed my mind. After a while I had the impression ET really did exist, so in my mind I said, "Don't bother coming out of your way to appear for me, you probably have far more important things to do". Then I switched on my engine and started driving back west towards Somerset.
After about ten minutes, I noticed a red light over to the north keeping pace with me, it was followed by a second red light, then a third red light. The next thing was they were veering towards me, then they went over my car at about 50 feet. I was excited. I swerved the car onto the grass verge, and got quickly out of the car. Three, disc craft, of approximately 23 feet in diameter were hovering close to me. They were at an elevation angle of approx 45 degrees, and were only about 60 feet away, i.e. they were VERY close! Around the mid section of each craft was a continuous line of windows. I did not see anyone at the windows, but I felt a communication coming from the ship; the communication did not come to my head and mind, but seemed to connect to the middle of my chest. This was undoubtedly a most wonderful experience.
The three craft started to move off, back to the south-east. I quickly got back into my car and accelerated off in the direction they had gone. A minute or two later I had caught up with them; looking up through the windscreen, the 3 craft were moving gently side-to-side as they progressed on their way. The road started going uphill, to the entrance to Longleat House. Looking across and downhill a little, I saw the 3 craft going past the foot of Cley Hill, at this time a little, white light came up behind the group of three, and entered the trailing disc craft.
We parted company as I drove through Warminster. I felt I had to go to where I had been parked in my car half an hour before. True enough. The three disc craft were there; they were 100 yards from where I had been parked when I sent them my telepathic message. They were circling a stand of trees, flying beautiful, slow circles around these tall trees.

1988 - July?
I drew a FIVE-circled, Celtic Cross pattern on paper, then that night it flashed at me!
The next night Mary Freeman saw a large spaceship with beam of light at Avebury. (Reported in detail in the 'Marlborough Times' newspaper, Wiltshire, England).
The next day a glorious FIVE-circled Crop Pattern was found at Silbury Hill.
----- One evening, in the summer of 1988, I drew five circles on a piece of paper, to form a Celtic Cross, this is four in a square diamond shape, with the fifth circle placed at the centre. I pinned it on my wall; looking up, later, the five circles appeared to flash at me, fairly vividly.
The following day I drove to Warminster, to visit the place where I had met with the three disc craft in 1986, I drove past Silbury Hill en route to Warminster, then past Silbury Hill again on the way back. When I got back to Ogbourne Saint George, Heather told me a fantastic, five-circled crop pattern had been reported close to Silbury Hill. I drove towards Silbury for the third time that day, and spotted many cars parked on the A4. I climbed up Silbury Hill and sat on the southern edge with many people. Below was a wonderful glinting and burnished set of five circles, making an impressive Celtic Cross (or 'quincunx').
The following week there was a dramatic report in the Marlborough newspaper. It said that late one evening Mary Freeman was driving out of Avebury after visiting friends, things started to fly off her dashboard, looking up she saw, low in the sky and stationary, a large discoid craft, perhaps 100 feet in length. Coming from the craft, and directed down in the direction of Silbury Hill, was a strong beam of light or energy.

1988
My eye exploded for the third time.
----- This awful eye episode lasted three or four weeks. Hell.

However, I had this insight ..................

Insight into a massive 'Atlantis Ending' trauma - applicable to many people I knew.
----- Living in the flat in the top of March House, Ogbourne St. George, my left eye exploded for the third time. Agony. My whole nervous system throughout my body burned. I stood in the bath to run cold water over my burning ankles and feet. This went on for weeks. It was as if a red-hot poker was in my left eye. One night, while standing in the bath, I started going over in my mind the names of scores of alternative therapists I was acquainted with in the U.K. I think I listed well over 100 people. A realisation, or intuition, came to me that all of these people were traumatised from the catastrophic ending of a civilisation on Earth several thousand years ago. (I had further evidence of this catastrophic trauma within most people, in 1995). I had the realisation this was a deeply buried trauma in many people and was so strong it had a very restricting effect on people's consciousness and on their potential to feel alive.

TOTAL RECALL - 'They stole his mind, now he wants it back again'.
----- Somewhere around this time, I had the film 'Total Recall', starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. In the film there was a colony on Mars. The hero had an implant and an artificial life had been set up for him in order he would forget crucial things he had experienced. But he fights to become conscious; and as an analogy to life on Earth right now where so many people are semi- catatonic, he restores a natural air system to the people on Mars, and people are set free from the dictatorial corporation controlling life on Mars.
On the plastic cover of the Total Recall video were these words: 'They stole his mind, now he wants it back again'. I copied these words off onto a piece of paper and carried them with me for many years. If you read the next several years of my life, you will begin to see why these words are so important.

1989 - November
Back 'down' the Saint Michael Leyline to live near Glastonbury.
----- I found a lovely little cottage, in a winding road called 'Watery Lane', in the locale of Lower Westholme, near Pilton - five miles from Glastonbury Tor. I had some of the loveliest time I had had for a long time cycling and walking these lanes and low hills. It was good to be on my own for awhile.

1990
The Clifton Suspension Bridge incident. The Marconi 'Suicides'.
----- Fortunately the Clifton Suspension Bridge incident, for me, never happened. But it nearly happened, and it did happen for others. For around six or so hours I suddenly had the idea that it would be great if I drove to the Clifton Suspension Bridge, in Bristol, and jumped from the bridge. This would be certain death. However, to go and jump off the bridge was a very powerful idea which had come into my mind. Something was telling me that this wasn't a good thing to do, so I phoned up a couple of friends and asked them what they thought. The same thing happened with both people, first they seemed to tell me it was a bad idea, but then they seemed to go on and finish by saying it was a good idea. My brain, in some way, seemed to be reversing my ability to assess right and wrong. Something else came up that I suddenly had to concentrate on, and this distracted me. But for two or three hours I was very near to driving to Bristol and jumping to my death.
I had an insight or two into this several years later .........

Insight 1) The Marconi 'Suicides'.
----- When my world was falling apart around 1995 and 1996, I had two magazines which helped keep me sane. One was Nexus magazine. And the other was the U.K.'s UFO Magazine. UFO Magazine brought out special issues, covering specific research in detail. One research subject was 'The Marconi Suicides'. This report looked at the apparent suicides, around 1985 to the early 1990s, of approx. 16 scientists and technicians who may all have been connected with the 'Star Wars' project. Many of the deaths were gruesome. One scientist filled his car with cans of petrol and drove full speed into an abandoned cafe, exploding. Another tied long rope around a tree and around his neck, then drove off at full speed. Two scientists or technicians died at the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Two cups were found in one of the men's cars. This was all happening over the time period in which I nearly drove to this bridge, on a very weird impulse. What did I have in common with 'Star Wars' designers? Perhaps we both knew things which the general public is not supposed to know.

Insight 2) The Crop Pattern hoaxing and cover-up
----- Very soon, the 'crop pattern world' was about to be hit. There were suspicious people intermingling with the real crop pattern enthusiasts, and these odd people seemed intent on causing division and argument. Hoaxing of crop patterns was increasing. The key crop pattern researchers were set up in a humiliating situation, with media coverage, which totally soured one person at least, Pat Delgado. Colin Andrews was soon to be visited in the night by a man who seemed to speak with authority, who told Colin that his life would change from that point, and it did. Colin Andrews never made his expected declaration that his research showed the authentic crop patterns were a message from other intelligences who share our universe with us. Colin was also told that other people linked in with the crop pattern phenomenon would be, one by one, 'taken out'. 'Taken out' is what I think was happening to me. I was nearly losing my left eye, nearly lost my life, and very soon I was to lose the friendship of quite a few people who were close to me.
Some of the sabotage of crop patterns and crop pattern enthusiasts was traced back to a fenced-off 'farm', very close to where I was living when I got the mad 'Clifton Suspension Bridge' impulse. In fact I was only about five miles from this 'farm'. What equipment did they have at the farm - did this equipment connect up to the 'Star Wars' satellites? The Star Wars project was completed. There are all manner of satellites (and stealth 'black triangle' craft) up there, in orbit, but we don't know what they are doing or what they are capable of doing.

1993 - Mid 1993
What world was I in?
----- Sessions with at least two clairvoyants, past-life memories, spaceships flying around, attempts on my life .....

1993 - Spring
Lived with clairvoyant, Dawn Webb, for three months... Sitting Bull / ETs / Arthurian.
----- This was exciting. Dawn seemed to communicate a lot of interesting information from some other realm. I wrote it all down in a big, blue note book. To begin with the information seemed very genuine. Then I seemed to notice hints that soon I should leave dawn. Indeed, Dawn seemed to be changing character, she seemed to take on the character, in her daily life, of one or two of the characters she was channeling. Dawn told me that she was regularly abused by her father when she was very young, with her mother's knowledge. I think this gave her a split personality. Sometimes she was pretty horrible, and other times nice. [I had never really seen this in a person before. Karen seemed to have a divided mind (her father, ex-merchant navy, was very rough with her as a child), but her mood was generally level; it was just her sudden changes of mind which seemed odd.]
Dawn was channeling all manner of things which felt genuine, seemed to be coming from a good place, and had quite a deep and good effect on me. There was information about an Arthurian connection I had; this seemed remarkable and encouraging. Then there was a lot to do with Sitting Bull, and the mythological native figure, White Buffalo Calf Woman. With WBCW, I felt I could see her form start to twinkle in the room just before Dawn announced she had arrived. (This was the same experience I had with my mother appearing at sessions with Isabelle). This all seemed very meaningful and wonderful, there appeared to be nothing nasty about any of it. And at the time, as we drove around the countryside we were seeing some remarkable things. One thing we were told was 'Many things are not as they seem', and this was being proven true on a few occasions.
[We seemed, however, to get to a point where Dawn seemed to start to be taken over by something which was not so good. Maybe bad forces were trying to come in on similar frequencies and thought patterns that the good forces were using. Like two different people grabbing a loud hailer off each other so they can shout through it.]

1993 - Early May
Dramatic rendezvous with extremely low-flying Spacecraft near Alton Barnes, Wiltshire.
----- In messages received by Dawn, and written down by me, in April, we were told there would be a rendezvous with a spacecraft on the night of the full moon in early May. The way things were feeling to me, this seemed extremely likely. On the day of the full moon, we were in London with some of Dawn's friends; they were very strange people. As we got up onto the M4, in the heart of London, I saw a vivid light to the west, very low, near Heathrow airport. It took us 10 minutes to drive there, and the light stayed constant. When we were at Heathrow, parallel with a runway, the light was alongside us, keeping pace. This was pretty weird. A few years later I read of strange incidents around Heathrow.
We carried on driving westwards along the M4. There seemed to be lights in the sky to the north and to the south which were keeping pace with us. This was getting interesting.
Eventually we turned south, off the motorway. We had the idea to drive to Stonehenge. On the way there we stopped and parked at Woodhenge; looking westwards, we could see a low-level, flickering light that appeared to be zipping all over the place as it processed along its general direction. Ufologists have a name for this type of sighting, but I don't remember it.
We had driven on, I think, to Stonehenge, and were now driving back north. We had passed the turn-off to Woodhenge, and were approaching a triangular road junction at Upavon, just south of Pewsey. My eyes were beginning to close, I was so tired; then, approx. 300 yards in front of us, a craft of around 35 feet diameter, was coming slowly from the west towards the east, and was only at tree-top height! Amazing. We yelled. I pulled in off the road to the right, and we got out of the car. The craft had apparently flipped onto its side, and we saw a vertical circle of white lights, like a small Ferris wheel; this was about 20 white lights in a regular vertical circle. (See later: 'a large circle of white lights' in Douglas Bay, Isle of Man, 1999). Then the lights turned off, or the craft disappeared. We went to the boot of the car to get the a hot drink from the flask, then suddenly the craft was coming straight towards us, and overflew us and the car by about 50 feet. Yippee, amazing stuff.
We had a hot drink of tea, then decided to drive towards Alton Barnes, and the great white horse carving that is in the hillside there. As we approached the area where The Barge public house is, I stopped the car, and walked towards the back of the car. I think we spotted the same thing at the same time; over to the west a craft was slowly approaching us, again at about tree-top height. In the car, Dawn was thinking, "He's going to be beamed up!!!", she told me later. Outside of the car, I was sending and thinking the thought, "Keep going, I am not a good enough person to meet you". The craft carried on over us, flying towards the east.
Dawn and I were on such a high, we decided to drive around the four innermost White Horse hill carvings which make a diamond shape around Avebury Stone Circle, as a celebration. (There are actually eight white horses that make a very revealing pattern around the Avebury area.) Dawn and I were on a high for a week.
We had more sightings, and some very unusual events over the next several weeks. Mind-boggling. perhaps my mind needed boggling, to free it from constricted, left-brain, 20th century thought patterns.
[Note: I have been told there are past reports of 'aircraft that look/behave similar to aircraft, but don't actually seem to be aircraft' in the area of our contact - Upavon, just south of Pewsey. These reports of 'strange aircraft', I was told, date back several decades.]

1993 - Summer
Camped at the Barge Inn, Alton Barnes. Three large craft flew slow overhead.
----- More message were coming through hinting that it would be a good idea if I soon parted from Dawn. In truth, she seemed to be changing character, and into a character I didn't really like. One day I left. As I drove away I suddenly realised the chorus of the song on the cassette player I was singing along to didn't say, 'I can't see my way so clearly', I suddenly realised the chorus was, 'I CAN see my way so clearly'! Around then, a merlin hawk swooped low across in front of my car, and I started to feel wonderful.
I had a large geodesic dome tent (21 feet diameter, by nearly 11 feet tall). I put this up at the back of The Barge Inn at Alton Barnes, in the Pewsey Vale; this is known as the Magic Valley to some people. This was a lovely time, and I felt relaxed. Things were happening. Late one evening, a large craft of approx 50 feet diameter dawdled its way, from the east, slowly over the campsite; I believe other people were seeing this. Then a second craft. Then a third. They moved very peacefully, and I made a drawing of the pattern of the lights on the craft. I think they were easily less than 300 yards from us.

1994 - June
Glastonbury.
----- I was asked to help with events in the Green Field, at the Glastonbury Music Festival. I loaned the big dome tent for a venue where small groups could play, powered by cyclists on static bikes, pedaling. I led a sharing on UFO experiences in the lecture marquee. The organiser of the talk programme told me mine had been the best event held in the marquee. As I walked across to give the talk, I noticed a silvery object floating high above the festival site, it seemed to be a craft. A friend, Nick Ashron, a wonderful slide-guitar player, said he saw his first-ever spacecraft, others saw it too. This happened during the time my geodesic dome tent was being erected the night before the festival began. Many people felt a wonderful peace inside the dome tent, and the tent seemed to be connected with Nick Ashron's sighting.

1995 - October
THREE CRAFT over Saint Andreas Church, in the north of Isle of Man.
----- 1995 was an incredibly depressing year for me. I didn't know what had happened. The bottom seemed to have fallen out of my life, I was now in a swamp, and I seemed to be going further and further down. Perhaps someone or something (actually, I think it was the NWO and/or malevoent Aliens) had put a spell or a curse on me (more realistically, an energy or thought beam, or tracking and harassing equipment), and everything was now going wrong. Feeling like this, one evening I had gone to the Spiritualist Church and then, afterwards, sat on a small wall outside as people were leaving. The two last women leaving the church asked me if I was OK. I said 'Not really', and before I knew it, I was telling them about the three disc craft I had spent 20 minutes with back in 1986. One of the women, Sue, was astonished, and she exclaimed. Then she excitedly said that the previous weekend an amazing thing had happened. Late on the Saturday night Sue had been standing out in her garden when she noticed, way above her home in the village of Andreas, three disc craft moving around the sky. She said the three disc-shaped craft were emitting rainbow-coloured lights. Sue was pretty well jumping up and down with excitement; so perhaps I had been guided intuitively to mention 'my' three craft after all.
Then Sue seemed to be looking off into the distance, I could see she was recalling something. She said she was seeing in her mind thousands of spacecraft, there was a disaster happening on Earth, and the spacecraft were patroling around trying to lift people off, but apparently many people could not be picked up. She said this had happened a long time ago in the past. After a moment, Sue said the same thing will happen now, if we have a disaster, spacecraft will try to take people off but not many will be taken.
As I walked home across the town, I felt wonderful. Suddenly my world made sense; it all fitted together. I was being given information and warnings to pass on to people. I was a part of something that was happening, and the reason it was difficult for me was because just about everyone had forgotten the things they should have remembered.

1995
The carved Norse stone to 'Ragnarok' at Saint Andreas Church.
----- I believe the three craft, with rainbow lights, were flying above the ancient church at Andreas for a reason. Inside the church is a carved, Norse stone which refers to the Norse, mythical battle of 'Ragnarok'. Ragnarok is the final battle in Earth's history between the forces of good and evil. It is meant to be a terrible battle. 'The Gods' may intervene, and assist.

1995 (-1996)
The start of The Battle of Ragnarok.
----- With hindsight, I think the start of the Battle of Ragnarok was around 1996. And was getting near its peak in 2004 when the films of Tolkein's trilogy was completed with, 'The Return of The King' (I took this to be a good sign). People were realising the issue was basically survival. And, in 2004, the film 'King Arthur'. Signs come in the most strange ways. 2005 could be the turning point.

1997 - October?

How do I evolve - part II

Another fundamental evolutionary theme which I've been thinking about recently is
B - A - L - A - N - C - E.

The idea of balance makes a lot of sense to us and we know it generally seems like a 'good' thing.

But what does it mean?

What are the polarities which require balance?

1) Masculine and Feminine -

The sexual polarity is perhaps the most obvious. We all embody both masculine and feminine energies. In recent decades it's become socially acceptable and even desirable for men to express greater femininity and women to express greater masculinity. But is this all there is to re-balancing male and female energies within us?
Last week I discovered what femininity was. I am a woman and I have lived on this planet in this form for nearly twenty eight years and last week I realised that I still didn't know what femininity truly was. What I knew about femininity was what had been taught to me by society, the education system and most of all, the media. Because most of these were controlled by men as I was growing up (and still are pretty much today) the image and flavour of femininity presented to me was femininity from the perspective of the male. Why else did feminine equate with sexual whenever I encountered this concept presented in the world? What happened the other week was that I entered a building in Glastonbury known as the Goddess Temple and was utterly struck by how the energy, feeling, and vibrations inside were truly feminine but in such a different way to that which I had experienced before. The experience was overwhelming and I was almost reduced to tears. It felt so natural and beautiful but it was so refreshingly different to anything I had come across before. I am not saying that femininity has nothing to do with sex - of course it is sexual. The images in this goddess temple were of naked women baring their breasts in their full glory and beauty. But what was presented here was the feminine perspective of femininity. Not femininity in relation to masculinity. Women's true _expression of womanhood, rather than the presentation of the woman from a man's world which is inevitably going to have something to do with his sexual interest and power in relation to it.
This revelation has been so refreshing and since completing a sweat lodge which also I think helps to balance masculine and feminine energies by connecting the being (mind - heart -body) back with nature and the elements in a very primal way - I have really felt much more comfortable with this balance of energies in my being.
What I am saying is that it's easy to take for granted that you already know what these different energies are. It's easy to think 'I already know that. I know what masculinity is, I know what femininity is.' But I challenge you to ask this 'How do you know? Where have these ideas come from? Is there more to learn? Do you sense any gaps in your knowledge?' If so, and if you are open and willing to explore and discover more, have this intention and the opportunities to do so will come your way, naturally.
I hope both men and women will be able to express increasingly what it means to be masculine and to be feminine from both perspectives because I feel we still have a great deal to learn and explore in this respect.

2) Light and Dark/Positive and Negative -

Having explored various spiritual philosophies I have sometimes found an imbalance or bias towards 'light' or 'positivity' in which so called 'negative' energies are seen as 'bad' and to be avoided or strictly controlled. Whilst this technique can be interesting and useful to study and practise, in my experience it fails to adequately acknowledge and make use of the more dynamic, creative and deep-rooted energies such as anger, fear, pain, shame, guilt and their associated expressions and patterns within behaviour. Exploring and having the space and safety to express these often deep and intense energies can be immensely liberating and in my own experience can aid (re)connectivity within the mind-heart-body complex. There is also a fascinating creative potential contained in these shadows of our being. If we in tune with ourselves and are balanced between the light and the dark, we can safely explore the darkness for the purposes of self-insight, tool-making and creative excavation. There's a reason why we're fascinated with the dark side - it's energies excite us and this excitement does not need to reflect social malaise or lack of morality. It reflects, I believe, the energy it contains which can be used, if we so chose, for our growth and evolution.

3) Mind - Heart - Body -

We are so very good at being logical in the West. So knowledgeable and rational. We can even rationalise away our own neuroses. The mind is very clever and we now have so much information at our disposal about just about anything imaginable that it's hard to know what knowledge to pursue and what to ignore. Not only is this choice difficult, but we are continually being bombarded with data which gets unwittingly impregnated into our neurons day in, day out without even realising it. Science has become the new religion, logic the new path, 'sanity' the safety box and the measuring stick with which to draw lines between what makes sense to us and what doesn't in an ever more scary world.
When you're running naked through the trees and dancing round a tribal fire, it's odd how all this is completely forgotten. Funnily enough, the mind suddenly turns off and something else kicks in - something which feels great and so so liberating. The heart and the body. We have become so individualistic, so crowded, so crammed full of data and so pre-occupied that something has happened to the large majority of us living and working in the modern western world. We have forgotten how to feel. We have forgotten our connection with nature, with the earth and to see how this connection leads to the realisation that we are actually the same thing. We ARE nature. Literally. We don't own the earth, we ARE the earth. This might make some kind of logical sense to you as you are reading these words but this sense means almost nothing if you don't E X P E R I E N C E this to be so. Experience is the password into your true being. Experience is the passport into evolution. But you cannot experience fully if you're still holding on to past pain, trauma, stress, anxiety, fear, guilt, shame, and defence mechanisms. We can go to counselling and talk about all these things and this can certainly help, but until we FEEL these parts of ourselves fully, until we feel them truly and deeply within our hearts and deep down into the cells of our bodies, we cannot move past them into liberation. Liberation is not a mental phenomenon. It is a total, whole, complete experience which resonates through every inch of your body. We came from the mud and the trees and the caves and then reasoned ourselves away into separation. This process is now moving full circle and the inevitable way forward is back the way we came - except this time nature is fully aware of herself.
